My name is Fran?ois, I am 27 years old. I was born in Paris, France, the most beautiful city in the world. Being the son of an engineer father and a doctor mother, and the brother of 5 sisters, I grew up in a dynamic and lively family. I’m now the very happy dad of 2 lovely cats. I am passionate about sports including tennis, badminton, swimming, skiing and climbing. I also like playing chess, taking photos and videos.

After high school, I studied computer science, including one exchange year in Beijing at Beijing Jiaotong University. This year in China pleased me so much that I was sure to return one day. Back in France, I finished my master’s degree in computer science. I then went to Africa to teach computer science for 6 months. That’s when I discovered a new passion for teaching.

As a result, I decided to go back to China to teach French. But having no experience in teaching a language, I trained for a year as an assistant in a school in Beijing. I also participated in several training courses, one of which accredited me to be an examiner for the DELF exam. I then became a teacher in this school.

After several years of working in Beijing, I came to Nanjing, Nanjing Foreign Language School Fangshan Campus, where I really liked the dynamics of the school and its teachers. The campus offers many facilities such as sports fields and swimming pool, which pleases me a lot. Now I  have more than 400 students in grade 3 and 5. Thanks to a lot of determination, I am quite proud now to know each of their first names. This allows me to facilitate dialogue and have a course as lively as possible.

   我是Fran?ois，今年27岁，来自世界上最美丽的城市——法国巴黎。自幼我便在一个充满活力的家庭氛围中长大，父亲是工程师，母亲是医生，家中还有5个姐妹。目前我还养了两只可爱的猫咪。我热爱运动，擅长网球、羽毛球、游泳、滑雪和爬山，也喜欢下棋、摄影和拍摄视频。

大学时期，我所学的专业是计算机科学，期间我还曾在北京交通大学交流学习过一年。在中国的这一年我倍感充实，确信自己终有一天会回到中国。回到法国后，我继续攻读了计算机科学硕士学位。毕业后我先去到非洲，在那里教授了6个月的计算机科学。也正是在这一时期，我重新燃起了对教学的热情。

于是，我下定决心返回中国教授法语。前期由于缺乏语言教学经验，我便在北京的一所学校担任了为期一年的教学助理。期间我参加了几个培训课程，其中一个培训课让我具备了DELF（法语学习文凭）考官资质。后来我顺利成为了这所学校的正式教员。

在北京工作了几年后，我来到了南京，目前就职于南京外国语学校方山分校。这是一所活力满满的学校，校园设施齐全，运动场、游泳池都很赞，老师们也让我甚为欣赏。我在这所学校里已经教过400多名学生了，主要集中在三年级和五年级。为了更好地认识、了解我的学生，我花了不少心思，现在已经可以准确地叫出他们每个人的名字了。这一点也便于我在课堂上顺畅地与他们交流，让课堂氛围更为生动、融洽。
