2020年12月21日-22日,全国著名语文特级教师余映潮老师应南外方山分校柳咏梅名师工作室之约莅临江宁区指导,为期一天半的语文人的“盛事”正式拉开序幕。此次活动由江宁区教研室、江宁区中语会、南外方山柳咏梅名师工作室、江宁区潘森云名师工作室联合主办,江宁高新区中学承办。
On December 21st and 22nd, Yu Yingchao, a well-known, highly-qualified and talented Chinese teacher, came to NFLSFC to deliver a series of teacher training activities at the invitation of the “Liu Yongmei Distinguished Teacher Working Group”. The event was hosted by Jiangning Teaching-as-Research Section, Jiangning Chinese Language Association, NFLSFC Liu Yongmei Distinguished Teacher Working Group, Jiangning Pan Senyun Distinguished Teacher Working Group, and was held at Jiangning High-tech Development Zone Middle School.
本次活动的主题是:观察教师课堂阅读教学素养;建立高效阅读教学理念;“板块式”“主问题”引领;设计多样的语文实践活动,提升语文教师的教学教研能力。
The theme of this activity was to observe teachers’ teaching literacy on reading lessons, have new ideas of efficient reading teaching, guidance students with “main questions” in the way of “block-style” and design various Chinese practice activities to improve Chinese teachers’ teaching and research skills.
观摩课前,江宁高新区中学芮火才校长做了热情洋溢的致辞。芮校长表示,余映潮老师在全国中小学语文界名声斐然,能够邀请到余老师来指导是江宁老师们的幸事。余老师年逾古稀,仍然奋战在语文教学和研究的最前线;我们学习余老师,除了学习他的语文教育教学理念和方法,更要学习他对语文的至爱深情,学习他对事业的高追求和大格局。
Before classes observation, Rui Huocai, the principal of Jiangning High-tech Development Zone Middle School, delivered an enthusiastic speech. Principal Rui said that it’s an honour to invite Mr. Yu to give guidance and Mr. Yu is still working as a Chinese teacher although he is over 70. He called on teachers to learn from Mr. Yu, about his Chinese teaching concepts and methods, his love and affection for Chinese and his high career pursuit and big pattern.
在一天半的时间里,共有五位青年教师上课。南京市竹山中学窦芸芸老师执教《女娲造人》,从神话故事导入,通过《风俗通》原文与《女娲造人》的对比阅读,体会文章写法的精妙。围绕“女娲是神还是人”的问题,展开讨论,细品课文,训练学生运用想象扩写神话。
In a day and a half, there were five young teachers delivering demonstration classes. Dou Yunyun from Nanjing Zhushan Secondary School gave the class entitled “Nv Wa Creates Humans”. She introduced with myths and guided students to understand the exquisite writing by reading “Feng Su Tong” and “Nv Wa Creates Humans”. Ms. Dou asked students to discuss “Whether Nv Wa is a Godness or a Person” and guide them to write a myth with imagination.
南外方山分校初二年级的徐忠欣老师执教《饮酒(其五)》。徐老师以《爱莲说》导入,了解作者陶渊明,围绕“诵读解诗”“赏读悟诗”展开教学活动,再联读陶渊明的其他诗歌,体会陶渊明的人生选择,最后以师生背读收束课堂。南外方山分校鲁静老师执教的是《中国石拱桥》。鲁老师围绕“理清文章思路、品析说明语言、学写说明文字”三个活动开展课堂教学。
NFLSFC’s Xu Zhongxin gave the class entitled “Drinking (Part 5)”. Mr. Xu introduced Tao Yuanming with the introduction of “Ai Lian Shuo” and focused on reading and appreciating the poem. Then he guided students to read Tao Yuanming’s other poems to understand Tao Yuanming’s life choices. The lesson concluded by reciting by reciting the poem. NFLSFC’s Lu Jing delivered a demonstration class entitled “Chinese Stone Arch Bridge”. Ms. Lu focused on three activities of clarifying the ideas, analyzing the explanatory language, and learning to write explanatory text.
高新区中学毛慧玲老师执教《跟着课文学写作》,以四个环节“写人明特征,外语动心神,事件关于人,外界来映衬”安排写作指导。毛老师引导学生联系课文学习人物描写的手法,指导学生关注生活,写大家熟悉的杨老师。颜志祥老师执教的《水浒传》阅读课,以鲁智深的研究为内容,以鲁智深的相关情节为基础,通过探讨鲁智深侠义和鲁智深与李逵、宋江的人物比较两个板块,完成教学任务。
Mao Huiling from High-tech Development Zone Middle School gave the class “Following the Lesson to Write”, and gave guidance to students from four aspects: “write people’s characteristics, fascinating language, people’s activities, and the environment”. Ms. Mao guided students to learn about character description, pay attention to life, and write about their familiar teacher- Ms. Yang. Yan Zhixiang delivered a reading lesson- “Water Margin”, which based on Lu Zhishen’s research, based on Lu Zhishe’s related plots. He guided the students to explore the chivalry of Lu Zhishen and compare Lu Zhishen with Li Kui and Song Jiang.
余映潮老师对每一节课都做了随教随评。余老师从教学理念、教学策略、教学语言、教学细节等多个角度对每一节课做了细致入微、鞭辟入里的点评和剖析,并为每一节课做了新的教学设计。余老师的点评,堪称语文界一绝,令老师们赞叹不已。
Mr. Yu gave feedback on each lesson from the perspectives of teaching philosophy, strategy, language and details, along with some thoughts about his own lesson plans. All the attendees were deeply impressed by Mr. Yu’s feedback.
本次活动中,余映潮老师为大家呈现了两节精彩的示范课。第一节课是《渔家傲·天接云涛连晓雾》。余老师设计了三个学习活动“感受词人”、“诗歌读背”和“吟读赏析”,整节课注重对学生语文思维的训练、语文技能的训练,课堂格调高雅,余味悠长。第二节课是面对全体初三学生的写作指导课《关注中考作文的形态美》。余老师以中考记叙文“形态美”技法熏陶为教学内容,带领学生阅读材料,提炼出每一则材料中的写作技法,并结合已经学过的课文做阐释,关联阅读与写作,打通教材与考试,给学生们以切实高效的写作指导。
Mr. Yu then delivered two wonderful demonstration lessons. The first one is “Yu Jia Ao”. Mr. Yu designed three learning activities- “Understanding the Poet”, “Poetry Reading and Memorization” and “Appreciating Poems”. He focused on developing students’ Chinese thinking and language skills. The second is a writing instruction class- “Focus on the Beauty of Composition in senior high school entrance examination” for all Grade 9 students. Mr. Yu took the “beauty of form” technique of narrative essays in senior high school entrance examination as the teaching content, led students to read the materials, pointed out the writing techniques, and explained by using the texts they have learned, giving students practical and efficient writing guidance.
活动的最后一个内容是余老师的主题讲座《运用“板块式”思路设计学生的课堂实践活动》。余老师以自己的研究经历为例,阐述了“板块式”思路设计在语文教学中的作用,创新地提出了“板块式、主问题、诗意手法”阅读教学艺术体系,总结出了“思路明晰单纯,提问精粹实在,品读细腻深入,学生活动充分,课堂积累丰富”的教学设计30字要诀。讲座中,余老师以部编版教材为例,示范了如何设置主问题,如何加强集体训练,如何提高课堂教学效率。余老师的讲座从宏观到微观,从理念到实践,为青年语文教师的专业成长指明了方向。
To conclude the event, Mr. Yu delivered a speech entitled “Using the ‘block-style’ to Practice Skills”. Mr. Yu used real-life examples to explain the role of “block-style” in Chinese teaching, innovatively proposed the “block-style, main question, poetic approach” teaching, and concluded the 30 words of teaching design tips- “clear and simple thinking, quintessential questions, the meticulous and in-depth reading, sufficient activities, rich classroom learning”. In the talk, Mr. Yu took the textbook as an example to demonstrate how to set the main question, how to strengthen group training, and how to improve teaching efficiency. Mr. Yu’s lecture offers early-career Chinese teachers a great opportunity to boost their professional development.
南外方山分校全体中学部语文教师全程参加了研修活动,认真听课、笔记,整理会议内容,努力以更积极的态度,更高效的方法,进一步提高课堂教学效率。
All NFLSFC’s Chinese teachers in junior high attended the event. They listened attentively and took notes, striving to further improve their teaching practices.
我校语文组青年教师们纷纷表示:这两天的研训学习,对教师课堂教学素养有了新的认识,尤其是结合余老师的评课,更加认识到优良教学习惯的重要性,也更深地理解了语文教师应该从文本解读、教学设计、组织课堂等多个方面磨砺自己、提高自己。期待明年春暖花开时,余老师能够到南外方山分校做深入指导,手把手地指导和帮助青年教师,以提高全校语文教师的教学能力和专业水平。
Our school’s early-career Chinese teachers said that they had a new understanding of teachers’ teaching literacy and the importance of good teaching habit after getting Mr. Yu’s feedback. They said they will promote their development from text interpretation, teaching design, and classroom organization. We hope that Mr. Yu could come to NFLSFC to give guidance to our teachers and help early-career teachers to boost their skills and professional development.
