2020年11月26日,江宁区初二语文“自读课”教学专题研讨活动在南京外国语学校方山分校千人剧场举行。
Recently, NFLSFC held a workshop of Jiangning Grade 8 Chinese “Self-guided Reading” in the school’s lecture hall.
此次专题研讨活动分为两大板块:开课评课,专题讲座。麒麟中学周金霞老师担任主持。
This workshop included demonstration class, feedback sessions and special lectures. Zhou Jinxia, a teacher from Qilin Middle School, presided over the event.
第一节课是我校初二语文组凌青老师执教的《梦回繁华》。凌老师以著名的《清明上河图》画作巧妙导入课堂,自然流畅,富有吸引力。整堂课以板块式推进,教学分为三个部分:浏览全文概括文意,圈点批注品味“繁华”,短语运用再现“繁华”。每一部分都注重发挥学生主体作用,注重对语文学习方法的指导,注重对语文学习能力的训练,注重提供学习支架,注重集体训练,紧紧围绕学生的语文综合素养设计教学。整节课很好地表现出自读课文的教学特点,思路清晰,重点突出,既欣赏了名画《清明上河图》,也感受到了此画的艺术魅力。
Our school’s Ling Qing, Grade 8 Chinese teacher, delivered the first demonstration class entitled “Dream Back to Prosperity”. Ms. Ling used the famous painting “Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival” to begin the lesson. The lesson was staged well with clear progression, starting from finding the main idea and taste “prosperity” to use phrases to demonstrate “prosperity”. Ms. Ling created a student-oriented class, brought more focus to Chinese learning, helped to develop students’ study skill, gave scaffolding instruction and conducted the collective training, aiming to improve their comprehensive literacy in Chinese. The whole class demonstrated the teaching characteristics of self-guided reading with clear thinking and prominent focus, which helped to appreciate the famous painting “Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival” and enjoy it’s artistic charm.

第二节课,是江宁高新区中学的宋雅梦老师带来的《昆明的雨》。宋老师引导学生关注教材后的“阅读提示”,紧紧围绕“阅读提示”中的关键词语教学。从“我想念昆明的雨”这一情感线索出发,指导学生“找出自己喜欢的段落,做一些圈点批注,并通过朗读加以品味”。结合具体语句,宋老师带领学生们细细感受汪曾祺散文“如话家常,淡而有味”的语言风格。最后,通过补充背景资料和推荐课外阅读,加深学生对于“滋味,趣味,情味”的理解。整节课如昆明的雨一样充满美感,独有风味。
Song Yameng, a teacher from Jiangning High-tech Development Zone Middle School, delivered the second reading lesson entitled “Rain in Kunming”. Ms. Song guided students to pay attention to the “reading tips” and focuses on the key words to give the lesson. She began the lesson with the emotional clue “I miss the rain in Kunming”, to guide students to find out the paragraphs they like, make some comments, and taste them through reading. Ms. Song led the students to experience the “homely, light and tasteful” language style of Wang Zengqi’s prose with specific sentences. She helped students to have a deep understanding of “taste, interest, and affection” by supplementing background information and recommending extracurricular reading. The whole class is full of beauty and unique like rain in Kunming.

评课环节,现场的老师们发言踊跃,点评精彩。大家充分肯定了两位老师对课型的准确把握,都扣住了“阅读提示”进行教学,上出了自读课的特点。不论是教学的基本素养,还是教学细节的处理,都表现出很好的专业能力。老师们还提出了不少很有参考价值的教学建议。会场中洋溢着浓浓的教研氛围。
After the demonstration classes, the attendees gave wonderful feedback. They fully affirmed that the two teachers knew about lesson type, and both gave lessons based on “reading tips” showing the characteristics of self-guided reading. They said the two teachers showed their great professional skills by handling the teaching details. The attendees also put forward a lot of valuable teaching suggestions.
听课评课之后是专题讲座环节。第一场讲座是我校教研管理中心主任、语文教研组组长柳咏梅老师开设的《巧用助读资料,创新教学设计》。柳老师结合语文课程标准中关于“教科书的编写建议”相关内容,解读了教材中的助读资料有丰富的内容和生动的形式。柳老师结合自己的教学和教案做了深入分析,建议老师们要充分挖掘和利用助读资料,发挥其在积累语文专业术语,提高教材处理能力,提升教学创意水平和指导学生学好语文等诸多方面的作用。
After the feedback, there is a special lecture session. The first lecture was “The Use of Reading Materials, Innovative Teaching Design” given by Liu Yongmei, director of the Teaching and Research Management Center and leader of the Chinese Department. Based on the relevant content of the “Textbook Compilation Suggestions” in the Chinese Curriculum Standard, Ms. Liu explained that the reading aid materials in the textbook have rich content and vivid forms. She made an in-depth analysis of her own teaching and teaching plans, and suggested that teachers should fully use the reading aid materials to accumulate Chinese professional terminology, improve teaching materials processing ability, improve teaching creativity and guide students to learn Chinese.
柳咏梅老师讲座
省特级教师竹山中学的潘森云老师为大家带来《立足统编教材,践行“三位一体”阅读教学》的讲座。潘老师对八上统编教材做了细致解读,提出语文教师首先要立足单元整体,单元的“线”一旦被梳理出来,往往能对单元整体教学和单篇教学设计有一定的启发作用。潘老师强调,“课文”的概念应该包括助学系统,老师们要深入研读助学系统。同时,八年级语文教学要比较重视思维能力的训练和提高。潘老师以八上第二单元为例,具体分析了如何践行“三位一体”:教读课文习得方法,自读课文迁移方法,课外阅读和名著阅读厚实方法。两位老师的讲座,紧扣课标、教材、教学,丰富的内容,生动的讲解,给在场的老师们以很大的启发。
Pan Senyun, a renowned senior Chinese teacher from Zhushan Middle School, gave a lecture on “Insisting on the Textbooks and Practicing the ‘Trinity’ Reading Teaching”. Mr. Pan made a detailed interpretation of Grade 8 textbooks, proposing that Chinese teachers should first focus themselves on the unit as a whole. Once the “structure” of the unit are clear, it can be inspiring for the overall teaching of this unit and the teaching design. Mr. Pan emphasized that “aid system” should be a part of the text, and teachers should study the “aid system”. He said that Grade 8 Chinese teachers should pay more attention to developing and improving students’ thinking skills. Mr. Pan took the Grade 8 unit 2 as an example, analyzing how to practice the “Trinity”- helping students to develop reading skills by guiding them to read; helping students to apply what they’ve learned to practice by self-guided reading; helping the students to consolidate reading methods by reading important and famous literary works. The two inspiring lectures focused on curriculum standards, course materials and teaching content.

江宁区初中语文教研员彭启生主任做了最后的总结:语文老师一定要在理解教材上下功夫,要依据课标把握教材特点。教学的重头戏应放在关注言语形式、言语规律上,要注重对学生运用能力的培养。每一个单元四篇课文的价值和教学侧重点是不同的,要通过前两篇精读课文的教学,帮助学生掌握基本的阅读方法;利用自读课文指导学生运用方法,进而实现会学能用。彭主任强调:阅读教学中要注重“情境”的理解;要做到“四个杜绝”,“四个力求”,要做到多种灵活。唯有教师认真钻研,才能有学生的成长。不怕做不到,就怕想不到。不论是近几年入职的新老师,还是有一定教学经验的成熟教师,都必须毫不放松坚持学习、勤奋研究,做一个教学本领过硬的语文老师。
Director Peng Qisheng, a Jianging-based Chinese teacher and researcher gave a closing speech. He said Chinese teachers must work hard to understand the textbooks according to the curriculum standards, focus on language form and rules and help students to develop the ability of putting knowledge into practice. The value and the teaching focus of the four texts in each unit are different. It is important to help students master the basic reading methods through the teaching of the first two reading texts. It’s important to guide students to put knowledge into practice. Director Peng emphasized that teachers should help students to understand “context” to achieve “four eliminations” and “four strivings”, and be flexible. He required early-career teachers and experienced teachers to keep learning, study diligently, and be a Chinese teacher with excellent teaching skills.

Whilst it may be cold outside, the teachers are not letting the weather get to them! The workshop was a great success with Chinese teachers gathering at NFLSFC to share their rich experience and learn from each other.
