Recently, NFLSFC invited several lawyers to give talks on legal matters, helping to improve our staff's awareness of ruling by law, and to promote the scientific, standardized and legal management of the school, creating a harmonious and civilized campus.
5月22日，江苏省律协政府法律顾问委员会主任、江苏丰典律师事务所李越峰主任律师对学校中层以上管理人员作了题为《民办学校法律风险防范》的主题讲座。李律师从民办学校常见法律问题、民办学校法律纠纷的现状及特点和民办学校法律纠纷涉及的焦点问题这三个方面切入，通过真实案例，联系实际，以案释法，以法论事，丰富了学校领导和中层管理干部的法律知识，提升了他们依法治校的法律意识，有利于学校各项工作进一步规范化。
On May 22, Li Yuefeng, the director of the Legal Advisory Committee of the Jiangsu Provincial Law Association Government and Jiangsu Fengdian Law Office, gave a speech entitled “Prevention of Legal Risks in Private Schools” to school administrators. His speech consisted of three sections: common legal issues in private schools, the general nature and characteristics of legal disputes in private schools, and the main focal points of legal disputes in private schools. He used real-life examples to interpret the laws in question, enriching school leaders and administrators’ legal knowledge, whilst also enhancing their legal consciousness in terms of school management. This will help to standardize our school's work.
5月27日，德国康斯坦茨大学访问学者、江苏丰典律师事务所张一雄博士莅临我校并为全体教职员工作了题为《基础教育法规基本知识及依法治教实践》的主题讲座。张博士从教育政策法规知识素养、现行教育法律法规、教育法相关理论及适用范围和教育法理论在实践中的运用这四个方面展开，通过对教育法律法规的生动介绍和阐释，帮助全体教职员工进一步提升依法治教和依法育人的法律素养。
On May 27, Dr. Zhang Yixiong, a visiting scholar from University of Konstanz in Germany and a lawyer from Jiangsu Fengdian Law Office, came to NFLSFC to give a lecture entitled “Foundational Knowledge of Basic Education Laws and the Practice of Governing Teaching by Law” to all staff. His speech covered four topics: knowledge of education policies and regulations, current education laws and regulations, relevant theories and application of education law, and the application of education law theory. He gave a lively introduction to his speech, and his interpretation of education laws and regulations helped all our staff further enhance their legal literacy of teaching practices and management in accordance with the law.
通过开展此次系列活动，进一步增强了全体教职员工的法治意识和素养，激发了全体教职员工学法、懂法、用法的主动性和积极性，为营造平安、法制、和谐、文明的校园环境奠定了强有力的基础。
This series of activities further enhanced all our staff's legal awareness and literacy. The lectures also stimulated staff's enthusiasm to study, understand and use the law, laying a solid foundation for creating a safe, legal, harmonious and civilized campus.
