9月18日,“南京教育好故事”2019年巡回分享会走进南京外国语学校方山分校。在现场聆听分享的有南京外国语学校方山分校的全体教职员工,还有南京市竹山中学潘森云老师带来的青年教师团队,南京晓庄学院教师教育学院党总支副书记赵娟老师带领的200多位大学生,以及江宁区的其他几所兄弟学校的老师们。此次活动由南京外国语学校方山分校教研管理中心主任柳咏梅老师主持。
On September 18, the “Good Stories of Nanjing Education” team came to NFLSFC and shared the wonderful stories with all the teacher. The people present were faculty and staff of NFLSFC, the young teacher team led by Mr. Pan from Nanjing Zhushan Middle School, more than 200 college students led by Ms. Zhao, the deputy director of the Party Branch of Nanjing Xiaozhuang College of Teacher Education and teachers from other brotherly schools in Jiangning District. The activity was presided over by Ms. Liu, the director of teaching and research management center.
当故事涉及的不仅仅是一个人,还有一群人,甚至一代人的时候,这个故事也许就有了别样的内涵。当一个故事能够改变一个人,甚至改良一片社会风气的时候,这个故事就具有了积极的意义。这次分享共有六个好故事,每一个故事都生动感人,每一个故事都催人泪下。
When a story involves not just one person, but a group of people, or even a generation, the story may have a different meaning. When a story can change a person, or even improve the social atmosphere, the story is of positive constructive significance. There are six good stories to be shared this time. Each story is vivid and moving.
第一位上台分享的是南京市紫东实验学校的葛盛老师,他以《最好的时光》为题,为我们呈现了他和同事们走访所有学生家庭的辛苦经历和丰富感受,让我们看到了紫东老师们的“双百”家访和对学生的动人关怀。
The first teacher to share was Ge Sheng from Nanjing Zidong Experimental School. With the title of The Best Time, he presented us his hard experience and rich feelings of visiting all the students’ families with his colleagues, which let us kown their “double hundred” home visits and touching care for students.
南京市雨花台实验小学善水湾分校的朱小梅老师分享的是《心事要说给左耳听》,讲述了自己同事刘老师的故事:把自己的一只耳朵用胶布粘上,陪失聪学生一起学习,用真切的体验去关爱学生,做学生的贴心“小耳朵”。
Ms. Zhu from Yuhuatai Experimental Primary School in Nanjing shared the story of “Things to the Left Ear”-- a story from her colleague, Ms.Liu, who glued one of her ears with adhesive tape to study with deaf students, cared for students with real experience, and became their intimate “little ear”.
江宁区淳化初级中学的沙丽莉老师叙述了在“那些清晨和夜晚”一直守望学校、呵护学生的孙克君校长的故事,把时光和心血献给教育是孙校长的真实写照。
Ms. Sha, a teacher from Chunhua Junior Middle School in Jiangning district, narrated the story of principal Sun Kejun, who kept watching over the school and taking care of the students in early morning and night.
特殊儿童,需要特殊教育,需要特别的耐心和爱心,更需要老师对爱的坚守和对教育事业的投入。翠屏山小学李兆慧老师带来《来自星星的你》的分享,给大家留下了深刻印象。
Special children need special education, special patience and love, and even need teachers’ love and commitment to education. Ms. Li from Cuipingshan Primary School shared the story “You from the Stars”, which left a deep impression on everyone.
南京市第二十九中学丁丽娟老师分享的是《做孩子最忠实的陪伴者》——高中生物佘文萍老师的故事。佘老师从教三十年,从生活和学习的方方面面关心孩子的成长,诠释了默默付出的含义。
Ding Lijuan, a teacher from Nanjing No. 29 Middle School, shared the story of being the most loyal companion of children-- the story of She Wenping, a biology teacher of junior high. She has been teaching for 30 years, and she has been concerned about children from the life and study of all aspects, which was an interpretation of the meaning of giving silently.
南京外国语学校方山分校柳咏梅老师也分享了她的故事《用心陪育,润泽人生》。柳老师讲述了她十多年里与学生们一起成长的故事。200万字的语文纪实播报,63万字的《每一个起舞的日子——柳柳十班的班级史记》,95万字的《出彩作文》,还有1998篇的精彩博文……柳老师如水的教育,润泽了学生们的青春。
Ms. Liu, the teacher of our school, also shared her story “accompany with your heart, moisturize life”. Ms. Liu told her story of growing up with her students in the past ten years. Two million words of Chinese documentary broadcast, 630,000 words “Every Dancing Day -- liu liu Class 10 History”, 950,000 words “colorful composition”, and 1998 wonderful blogs......Ms. Liu’s education, is like water, moisturizing the lives of the students.
宣讲团的分享结束后,我校周世东书记发表讲话。周书记首先对“南京教育好故事”宣讲团的精彩分享表示感谢,充分肯定了用好故事开展师德师风教育这种生动的形式。他表示,这六个故事每个都很精彩感人,每一个故事都是在育人化人,每一个故事都催人奋进。做教育就要有情有义,带着满满的爱,“一个肩膀挑着学生的现在,一个肩膀挑着国家的未来”;做教育要有板有眼,按照教育规律做事,遵循学生身心发展规律做事;做教育要有声有色,有创意、有新意、有活力、有效果,在过程中实现教育目的。
After the sharing of the propaganda group, secretary Zhou Shidong delivered a speech. First, he expressed his gratitude to the “Good Stories of Nanjing Education” propaganda group for the wonderful sharing, and fully affirmed the vivid form of using the good story to carry out teachers’ morality and style education. Later, secretary Zhou shared his feeling of listening to the six stories: each story was wonderful, touching, inspiring and can cultivate people. To educate student, we should be affectionate and righteous with full love-- “one should be responsible for the students, the other shoulders the future of the country”; to educate students, we should do things in accordance with the law of education, and follow the rules of students’ physical and mental development; to educate students, we should be creative, innovative, energetic, and effective, to achieve educational goals during the process.
柳咏梅老师在总结中说,“南京教育好故事”宣讲团是南京教育事业一个独特且优秀的团队,自组建以来,在我市师德师风教育工作中发挥了重要作用。在别人的故事中看见自己,听别人的故事来提高自己,这是一种态度,更是一种智慧。南京外国语学校方山分校里也有很多的好故事,相信通过聆听和学习宣讲团的分享,我校的教师们也会把独属于南外方山分校的好故事以最精彩的内容、最精美的方式呈现出来。
At last, Ms. Liu said that the “Good Stories of Nanjing Education” propaganda group is a unique and excellent team in Nanjing education. Since its establishment, it has played an important role in carrying out teacher’ morality and style education in the city. It is an attitude and a kind of wisdom to see and improve yourself by listening to other people’s stories. There are also many good stories in NFLSFC. We believe that the teachers of our school will also present the good stories of NFLSFC in the most exciting and exquisite way by listening to and learning from the stories.
最后,参与此次宣讲分享的老师和本次活动的领队邵雁老师以及提供技术支持的张亮老师上台接受献花,全场以长久热烈的掌声感谢他们为大家带来的精彩故事。
Finally, the teachers who shared the stories and the leader of the team, Ms. Shao, and Mr. Zhang, who provided technical support, went on the stage to accept the flowers. The audience thanked them for their wonderful stories with warm applause.
聆听更多美好故事,向优秀教师学习,我们一直在路上。一个个“南京教育好故事”串起了南京教育者的动人画面,让全体与会教师澎湃、泪目。这传递出的满满正能量,无一不激励鼓舞着在场的每一位老师。与会的老师纷纷表示,好老师是我们学习的榜样,在今后的工作中将用实际行动谱写和演绎有自己风格和独特魅力的教育好故事,争做新时代的“四有”好教师。
Listening to more heart-warming stories, learning from great teachers, we are always on the way. “Good Stories of Nanjing Education” stringed up the moving pictures of Nanjing educators, so that all the teachers present were inspired and tearful. The teachers who attended the meeting said that good teachers are the models for us to foll. In the future, we will write and deduce good educational stories with our own style and unique charm with practical actions, and strive to be a good teacher with good qualities in the new era.
